Multiple Account Request

SWG Infinity allows one account per player by default. Exceptions can be made for families sharing a household.

Policy Overview

SWG Infinity operates a strict one-account-per-player policy to ensure fair gameplay for everyone. This means each individual player may only have one active game account.

However, we understand that families and housemates may share the same internet connection or computer. If multiple people in your household wish to play SWG Infinity, you can request approval for additional accounts using the process below.

How to Request

Requests are reviewed by email. To verify each account belongs to a separate person, we ask for a small set of photos along with the request.

Take Your Photos

Take two types of photo:

  • · A photo of your setup — show the computer (or computers) the accounts will be played on.
  • · One photo per person — each player holding a sheet of paper with their SWG Infinity account name written on it, clearly readable.

Email the Request

Send the photos to [email protected]. Please include in the email:

  • · All SWG Infinity account names involved
  • · A brief explanation of the situation (family members, housemates, shared PC, etc.)

Wait for Our Reply

A staff member will review your submission and reply by email with an approval or denial. Approved accounts are flagged in our system so they will not be mistakenly actioned by anti-cheat or moderation tools.

Privacy: photos are reviewed by staff for the sole purpose of verifying your request and are not shared outside of the SWG Infinity review team.
