Make sure you are running the launcher as administrator. Check that your antivirus is not blocking SWGInfinity.exe. If the launcher is stuck, delete the launcher_cache folder and restart. If issues persist, visit #tech-support on Discord.
Check the server status on our Discord. If the server is online, verify your username and password are correct. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset feature on the launcher or website.
Run a Full Scan from the launcher to verify and repair your game files. If the crash persists, try lowering your graphics settings or running in windowed mode. SWG requires a compatible version of the original game files.
